About Partial Leasing
• The horse is guaranteed for one, two or three designated days per week.
• Additional fees will apply for horse shows:
• One day shows or clinics - $350
• Multiple day shows or clinics - $300 per day
• At horse shows, lessee is responsible for:
- All fees (see Horse Show Services);
- Bringing all riding equipment and supplies
- The horse the entire time it is off premises
- Groom service is extra. If lessee cannot tack up horse groom service fee will be charged.
• Lesee has 60 days to purchase (saddle, bridle, girth, pad, bell boots, girth, splints, martingale, bit)
• Maverick Farms lends tack to clients as a courtesy. Client is responsible for replacement if tack it lost, misplaced or stolen.
• For leases of 4 or more days per week, client will pay 15% commission to Maverick Farms each year or each month (if term is month-to-month).

Full Lease
• The lease price depends on the horse's show record.
• A more successful horse will yield a higher lease price.
• Prices for a full lease start from $1000 per month.
• Lessee is also responsible for horse's monthly expenses and
all show expenses.
• Monthly expenses plus lease fee are due at the first of each month.
• Lessee is responsible for the horse seven days a week.
• Client will pay 15% of lease price as commission to Maverick Farms for entire term of lease including renewals. Commission is due at beginning of lease term and each subsequent renewal or beginning of each month if lease is month-to-month.
